Introduction to Hypnosis and Applications
Hypnosis has a certain fascination for people. This course will address your questions about the validity and usefulness of hypnosis. Hypnosis has begun to enter the mainstream of healing arts, and is considered a valuable tool used and recommended by doctors, dentists, and other health practitioners for health and stress management. Athletes, students and business people use it as an effective tool to improve confidence, concentration, communication, relationships and motivation. It can also be effective in managing pain, becoming a non-smoker, losing weight and relieving anxiety and insomnia. When you complete this course you will have an excellent understanding of how hypnosis works and how to practice self-hypnosis. You will be able to apply your new skill toward improving your life and reaching your full potential.
